Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Redwoods Global School, we understand that circumstances may arise leading to the cancellation of enrollment or withdrawal from our programs. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Enrollment Cancellation: If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment before the commencement of classes, they must notify the school administration in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation request will be processed, and any applicable fees will be refunded according to the terms outlined below.

3. Tuition Fee: Refunds for tuition fees will be provided according to the following schedule:
4. Withdrawal before the start of the academic term: 100% refund of tuition fees.
5. Withdrawal within the first week of classes: 75% refund of tuition fees.
6. Withdrawal within the second week of classes: 50% refund of tuition fees.
7. Withdrawal after the second week of classes: No refund of tuition fees.
8. Other Fees: Refunds for other fees (such as transportation, extracurricular activities, etc.) will be determined on a case-by-case basis, subject to the discretion of the school administration.
9. Refund Process: Upon approval of the cancellation request, refunds will be processed within [number of days] days using the original payment method, unless otherwise specified. Any processing fees or administrative charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
10. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, the school administration reserves the right to consider alternative refund arrangements beyond the outlined policy.
